Above rates are for up to 16 guests. For the 17th to 20th guest there is an additional fee. Please contact owner.

Other special holiday weeks/weekends in Mid and Low seasons (Christmas, Family Day, Victoria Day and Thanksgiving) available at High and Mid Season rates respectively, unless otherwise specified. New Years is priced at High Season Rates. For holiday weekends and in the High Season we rent the Combined Suites only.

Minimum rental period:               July/August-One Week

PAYMENT:

Booking Deposit representing 30% of the rental amount is required at the time of booking.

Balance of rental amount plus security/damage deposit becomes due and payable, not less than 30 days, prior to the first day of the rental period.

SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

A refundable Security/Damage Deposit of $600.00 per suite or $1,000.00 for both suites is also required.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

Payments may be made by Interac Email Money Transfer (easy and convenient if you have on-line banking), Money Order, Bank Draft, Certified Cheque, or Cash (personal cheques will only be accepted, 60 days or more, prior to the first day of the rental period).
